2. TAXES

All guestroom rates are subject to the current sales tax of 10.5%. Food and beverage, Audio-Visual equipment purchased through the Hotel, and any room rental charged are subject to the current sales tax of 8.5%. These taxes are subject to change.

3. RESERVATIONS DUE DATE FOR GROUP RATE

The Hotel has established a reservations due date on July 3, 2012 for the guest room rate. The

Hotel will accept reservations, at the group rate, until the reservations due date. The Hotel will

continue to accept reservations after that date on a space available basis only, at the best rate

available.

4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Our check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon. Our check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. at the Resort.

Should your guests arrive prior to that time, every effort will be made to accommodate them.

Baggage storage areas are available for early arrivals and late departures.

5. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Reservations will be made on an individual basis for the resort and via Rooming List for rooms the Wedding Party wishes to identify. Wedding guests may call the Hotel directly at 360. 318. 2000 or 800. 770. 7992 to make a reservation. In order for individuals to receive the established group rate and be included in the group block, they must identify themselves as members of the Dudik & McKay Wedding initially when making their reservation. All reservations must be received by the group’s reservations due date and guaranteed to the master or with a credit card or one night’s deposit by check or cash.

The Hotel must receive individual guestroom cancellations at least 7 days prior to guest arrival. If notification has not been extended, the first night’s room rate will be charged.

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR GUEST ROOMS

The Hotel understands that each individual will be responsible for their own room, tax and

incidental expenses at time of check-out. However, should a guest depart without paying for their

charges, it will be the responsibility of Group to pay these bills. A deposit is required of guests

who will settle their accounts by cash payment. This deposit will cover incidental charges. All

group function related charges will be placed on one master invoice.

Whale Watching and Wildlife Tours

Outer Island Expeditions offers 3-5 hour whale watching tours from Semiahmoo Resort daily. Hop aboard their high speed 12 passenger boat to get up close views of Orca, Gray, and Humpback whales while also seeing porpoises, eagles, seals and sea lions. Tours are offered from May through October and they guarantee sightings for most of the summer. Tours depart 9AM and 1PM daily with private charters available for up to 40 people year round.

Charter Fishing

Outer Island Expeditions offers bottom fishing, salmon, and crabbing in addition to whale watching. Beginners, families, and large group are all welcome. For the ultimate Northwest adventure consider a whale watching and fishing combo trip!
